As principal consultant, The Workplace Innovators, she enjoys helping organizations in transition successfully navigate their business roadmap while engaging people on the journey.

A professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), and a certified professional facilitator (CPF),with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Fiona also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Fiona credits her high energy to her love of chocolate. She is married with two children, Abigail and Harry Potter (though has yet to see a royalty cheque!).
